Someone recently sold an integral part of TT memorabilia on eBay

sock.jpg “For those who were at the concert on sunday you know that when the boys did there Beatles section, the goergous HOWARD DONALD sat down at the edge of the stage and took his sock of and threw it into the audience! I was the lucky one to catch it and now ” YOU ” could be the lucky one to own this ,along with my Golden Circle ticket stub and wrist band!!!Come on girls what are you waiting for, imagine snuggling up in bed with Howard!!!!(well, his sock is the next best thing!!!)”

Personally, I would never buy from a seller who could not get the distinction between ‘of’ and ‘off’ correct. And there, is also the possibility that it could all be a con (“no, really”? Naive eBay bidder) I expect a few more of these socks to be appearing in the weeks to come.

£27 was the final bid. A fool and their money are quickly parted. Of course, had it had been Robbie Williams’s sock….
